NSB Giriulla Branch relocated
Having opened in 2013, the Giriulla Branch of National Savings Bank (NSB), had delivered a supreme customer service for more than 13 years and with a view to offering a better banking experience to the customers of the area, the Branch was ceremoniously reopened recently at a new location, at Colombo Road, Giriulla.
The Chairman of the National Savings Bank, Dr. Harsha Cabral, PC, has graced the occasion, as the Chief Guest and the Divisional Secretary of the Mirigama Divisional Secretariat, Mr. Prasad Indika, Actg. General Manager/CEO of National Savings Bank, Mr. Rohana Weerakoon, the Deputy General Manager (Operations), Ms. Nalika Wijesinghe, Assistant General Manager (Operations), Mr. A. L. M. Haleem, Regional Manager, Ms. Vindya Wijewantha, the Manager of Giriulla Branch, Ms. Manjula Surasinghe, several state officers and representatives of the business community were also present at the event.
The first day deposits were accepted by the distinguished guests, and the first deposit was handed over to the Chairman of National Savings Bank, Dr. Harsha Cabral, PC, by Dr. Kusum Wickramarathne.
The relocated branch, which consists of spacious premises and modern banking amenities including an ATM, looks forward to ensuring a superior service to the people of the area.
