NSB Pelmadulla Branch relocated
Having opened in 2010, the Pelmadulla Branch of National Savings Bank (NSB), had delivered a supreme customer service during the past 15 years and with a view to offering a better banking experience to the customers of the area, the Branch was ceremonially reopened recently at a new location, at No: 23, Main Street, Pelmadulla.
The Chairman of the National Savings Bank, Dr. Harsha Cabral, PC, has graced the occasion, as the Chief Guest and the Director (Planning) of the Pelmadulla Divisional Secretariat, Ms. Akalanka Weerasinghe, Senior Deputy General Manager of National Savings Bank, Mr. K Raveendran, Deputy General Manager, Ms. Devika De Silva, Assistant General Manager (Operations), Mr. Janaka Herath, Assistant General Manager (Operations), Ms. Nalika Wijesinghe, Assistant General Manager (Marketing), Ms. Dulakshi Perera, Regional Manager, Mr. Gamini Herath, the Manager of Pelmadulla Branch, Mr. Vishwa Kulathunga, several public officers and representatives of the business community were also present at the event.
The first day deposits were accepted by the distinguished guests and the first deposit was handed over to the Chairman of National Savings Bank, Dr. Harsha Cabral, PC, by Mr. Rangana Wijerathne.
The relocated branch, which consists of a spacious premise and modern banking amenities including an ATM, looks forward to ensuring an enhanced customer service to the people of the area.
